Use these specified component styles: Olive bitters.

Start with these components prepared in advance: Gherkin/pickle-infused vodka (chilled).

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a gherkin.

Stir the Ketel One vodka, gherkin-infused vodka, Mediterranean style gin, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, and olive bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the skewered gherkin.
