Pigeon Park

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with the listed Islay Scotch whisky rinse. Stir the mezcal, sweet vermouth, gin fruit cup, herbal liqueur and aromatic bitters with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Flame the oils from the orange peel over the drink and discard the peel.
