Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by selecting a piece of star anise.

Muddle the fresh raspberries in the base of a shaker.

Add the Strucchi Red Bitter, blanco tequila, agave syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and orgeat syrup to the muddled raspberries.

Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by floating the star anise on the surface.
