Bison Drop

The infused honey syrup must contain vanilla and orange peel, as specified. Use this prepared syrup, not plain honey syrup.

Start with these components prepared in advance: Honey syrup (infused - see note).

Shake the bison grass vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and infused honey syrup with ice until well chilled.

Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to the mix.

Strain the mixture into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish by dropping a lemon wheel into the drink.
