Rinse an Old Fashioned glass with Green Chartreuse to coat the interior, then set it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the blanco tequila, agave syrup, Peychaud's Bitters, and Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters.

Stir the mixture thoroughly with ice to chill and dilute slightly.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared Old Fashioned glass.

Express the oils from a lime peel over the drink and discard the peel.
