Solera Sour

Combine the brandy, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker.

Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled and the mixture is frothy.

Strain the mixture over fresh ice cubes in an Old Fashioned glass.

Finish by adding a dash of Angostura bitters on top.

Garnish with a brandied cherry before serving.
