Pineapple Fix

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a pineapple wedge.

Shake the Caribbean blended rum, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well combined.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge.
