Simple Syrup

Instructions

Combine the gin, Manzanilla sherry, Grand Marnier, grapefruit juice, tangerine juice, egg white, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white and other ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
