Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.
Chill a cocktail coupe in advance.
Prepare a fresh strawberry for garnish.
Muddle the hulled strawberries in the base of a shaker until they release their juices.
Add the Everleaf Mountain non-alcoholic aperitif, verjuice, honey syrup, and a dash of orange flower water to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture vigorously.
Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with the prepared strawberry.
