Hibiki Umeshu Cocktail

Stir together the Japanese whisky, coffee liqueur, and white crème de cacao in a mixing glass without ice. Set this mixture aside.

In a shaker, combine the passion fruit juice and umeshu. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Double strain the passion fruit and umeshu mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Carefully float the whisky mixture on top.
