Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Rim the glass with a mixture of matcha powder and powdered sugar in a three-to-one ratio. Dip the chilled or frozen glass into a plate covered with a thin layer of this mix.

Shake the vodka, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, chilled dry vermouth, and your choice of egg white, vegan egg white alternative, or cocktail foamer with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled, rimmed glass.

Serve without an additional garnish, as the preprepared rim is garnish enough.
