Cold Winter Warmer Sour

Stir the honey with Ketel One Citroen Vodka in the base of a shaker until the honey dissolves.

Add the Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Foam to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice, then strain it back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture (without ice) to achieve a frothy texture.

Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
