Start with these components prepared in advance: Apple cider vinegar (Rose hip infused vinegar).
Add the gin to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Pour in the rose hip syrup and the rose hip infused apple cider vinegar.
Stir thoroughly to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with seltzer water.
Gently stir again to integrate the carbonated water.
