Honey Old Fashioned

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, Tennessee whiskey, straight rye whiskey, honey syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters, and saline solution with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
