Chill a Martini glass in advance to ensure a perfectly cold serving.

Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine La Fée Parisienne absinthe, Hayman's London Dry Gin, anisette liqueur, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, Orange Bitters by Angostura, and chilled water or mineral water.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Martini glass.
