Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a thin apple slice, ideally dehydrated, for garnish.

Stir the light white rum, apple brandy, and Strucchi Rosso Vermouth with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.

Float the dehydrated apple slice on top as a garnish.

Serve the strained cocktail over fresh ice in the cocktail coupe.
