Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink stays perfectly cool.

Combine the gin, Fino sherry or Manzanilla, Bénédictine, apricot liqueur, and a dash of orange bitters in a mixing glass.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe.
