Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of a pineapple wedge.

In a shaker, combine the blended Scotch whisky, cherry brandy liqueur, triple sec liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, and pineapple juice. Add Angostura Aromatic Bitters if desired.

Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the prepared coupe glass.

Garnish with the pineapple wedge on the rim.
