Espresso Under The Sun

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a coin-sized orange zest twist.

Shake the Metaxa 12 Stars, Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot espresso), Monin vanilla syrup, and a few drops of saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail, then gently place it onto the center of the foamy head as a garnish.
