How to make Sourise with Raspberry, Cognac, Orgeat Syrup. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Chill a Cocktail Coupe to prepare it for serving.
Select fresh raspberries to be used as a garnish.
Dry shake the cognac, orgeat syrup, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Foam to emulsify the mixture.
Add ice and shake the contents again to chill the cocktail.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Cocktail Coupe.
Garnish with the prepared raspberries.
