Chill the Liqueur Glass thoroughly to ensure the cocktail is served as cold as possible with minimal dilution.

Rinse the interior of the glass with white crème de menthe to coat it lightly, then discard any excess.

Add the mezcal and allspice dram to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared Liqueur Glass.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then discard the peel.

Serve immediately.
