Western Sour

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a lemon slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail.

Shake the straight rye whiskey, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, falernum liqueur, and rich sugar syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the glass filled with crushed ice.
