How to make NoMad's Amaretto Sour with Almond Liqueur, Bitter Aperitif, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare the garnish by setting aside aromatic bitters.
Dry shake the Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, Italian red bitter liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon and orange juices, sugar syrup, and egg white (or Fee Foam) to emulsify.
Shake again with ice to chill and dilute.
Fine strain the mixture into the prepared, chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with drops of aromatic bitters, placing them in a line close to the rim. Use a cocktail pick to connect the drops for a decorative finish.
