Fireman's Sour

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish with an orange zest twist, a skewered orange slice wheel, and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry arranged to resemble a sail.

Shake the light white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, egg white or its alternatives, and saline solution with ice.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake vigorously without ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard it.

Garnish with the skewered orange slice wheel and Maraschino Cherry sail.
