Stir the mezcal, Amer Picon (or substitute with Ramazzotti and three dashes of orange bitters), sweet vermouth, and Amargo Chuncho bitters with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Double Old Fashioned Glass over a large, clear ice cube.

Garnish with an orange peel or a dehydrated orange slice.
