Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink is perfectly cold.

Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish, setting it aside until needed.

Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, and a few drops of saline solution or a pinch of salt in a mixing glass.

Shake or stir the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe.
