Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of dried coconut, preferably toasted.
Stir the Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Lucano amaro, coconut water, and 2 drops of saline solution with ice until well-chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with slices of dried coconut.
