Prepare the black-tea whiskey beforehand: steep 2 tea bags in 750 ml whiskey for 4 hours, then remove the bags. Use the prepared infusion for the drink.
Shake the apple liqueur, black tea-infused Kinnickinnic Whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Becherovka, honey syrup, Blackstrap Bitters, and chocolate liqueur with ice.
Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a black tea bag.
