Place a sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Moisten the sugar cube with Scrappy's Lavender Bitters and muddle it until it dissolves into a syrup.

In a mixing glass, combine Eagle Rare 10 Bourbon and Bols Genever with ice. Stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture over a large, fresh ice cube in the Old Fashioned glass.
