Breukelen Brass

Shake the bourbon, demerara rum, sorel liqueur, ginger liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, bitters, and diced ginger with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into a Old Fashioned Glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a lime wheel, and a piece of candied ginger.
