Dry shake the bourbon, honey syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and egg white until the mixture becomes frothy.

Add ice and cream to the shaker, then shake again vigorously.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass, preferably using a beer mug for an authentic touch, and top with Miller High Life or another highly carbonated beer.

Allow the cocktail to settle, then add more beer to create a foamy cloud that peaks above the rim of the glass.

Serve without a straw, ice, or garnish.
