How to make EVA GIMLET with Fino Sherry, Lime Cordial, Absinthe. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Muddle the ginger with 20 ml Chu Yeh Ching Chiew (Zhu Ye Qing), the required bamboo-leaf herbal baijiu, before adding the listed sherry, cordial and absinthe. This component is not ordinary vodka.
Muddle a slice of fresh ginger in a mixing glass with the Chinese Bamboo Leaf Vodka.
Add the Fino sherry, lime cordial, and a dash of absinthe to the mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with fresh ice cubes.
Gently stir until the mixture is well chilled.
Fine strain the drink into a pre-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a rosebud.
