Honeysuckle Daiquiri

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish using a mint leaf or, when in season, a honeysuckle flower.

Shake the Cuban rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, and honey syrup with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.

Garnish your cocktail by floating a mint leaf on top or pegging a honeysuckle flower to the rim.
