Webber Cocktail

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a red apple into a fan shape.

Combine Ketel One Citroen Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the prepared apple fan.
