Cucumber & Mint Martini

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Cut a thick slice of cucumber to use as a garnish.

Muddle a piece of fresh cucumber at the base of a shaker. Add mint leaves and gently bruise them.

Add the Ketel One Vodka, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, apple juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake well with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish the drink with a cucumber chunk on the rim.
