Roasted Pineapple Thief

Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Charred pineapple & chili flavoured vodka.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish by scorching a wedge of pineapple.

Shake the Ferrand Pineau des Charentes, agricole blanc rhum, charred pineapple & chili vodka, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the scorched pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
