Fruits of Your Labor

Combine the apple brandy, Pineau des Charentes, Fino sherry, apple liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and apple bitters in a shaker.

Add ice and give the mixture a short, vigorous shake.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a slapped mint sprig to release its aroma before serving.
