How to make Gin Garden with Cucumber, Gin, Elderflower Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
Prepare a garnish by slicing three pieces of cucumber to float on top.
Muddle fresh cucumber in the base of a shaker, ideally peeling the skin before chopping.
Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice.
Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with the cucumber slices.
