Prepare a garnish of dehydrated apple slice.
Stir the Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry, Hayman's London Dry Gin, Giffard Poire William liqueur, apple/cider eau-de-vie, orgeat sugar syrup, and saline solution with ice.
Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
