This batch makes 2 rocks glasses. Muddle 1 cucumber slice and 1 dill sprig with the maraschino and falernum without liquefying. Add the gin, aromatized wine, lime juice and 3 of the 4 dashes grapefruit bitters, then shake with ice for 15 seconds. Divide between 2 ice-filled rocks glasses, use the remaining dash bitters as the finishing portion across the batch and top with the listed soda portion. Divide the remaining cucumber slice and dill sprig between the garnishes.
