How to make Atlas Cocktail with Apple Brandy, Demerara Rum, Orange Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a Martini glass by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer.
In a mixing glass, combine the Calvados or apple brandy, Demerara rum, and triple sec (Cointreau).
Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the mixture.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Discard the ice from the Martini glass if you used it for chilling.
Strain the contents of the mixing glass into the chilled Martini glass.
Serve straight up without ice.
