Smoked Pear

Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure your cocktail remains crisp and refreshing.

In a mixing glass, combine the gin, pear liqueur, aromatized wine, mezcal, and Chambord.

Add ice to the mixing glass, and stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with a flamed orange peel, holding it over the glass to release its aromatic oils before dropping it in.
