Don Draper's Bitter End

Combine the rye, cognac, Averna, Fernet Branca, and your choice of orange liqueur in a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink and then dropping it in.
