Caramel Whiskey Sour

Chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

Combine bourbon whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Monin Caramel Syrup, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, saline solution or a mere pinch of sea salt, and egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously, then strain it back into the shaker.

Dry shake without ice to emulsify.

Fine strain into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
