Craft the spiced simple syrup by combining water and brown sugar in equal proportions with a blend of allspice, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. Reserve a small amount of the spice mix for garnish.
Shake the almondmilk liqueur, vanilla vodka, Cardamaro, spiced simple syrup, and Allspice Dram with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish by sprinkling a pinch of the reserved spice mix over the top.
