Lemon Juice
15 cc
Egg White

Black Pepper

Combine the mezcal, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.

Vigorously dry shake to emulsify the ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill.

Double strain the mixture into a cocktail coupe.
