Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Combine the tequila, mezcal, agave syrup, and mole bitters in an Old Fashioned glass filled with one large ice cube. Stir until the mixture is well chilled.

To garnish with a flamed orange twist, hold a piece of orange peel, skin side down, over the drink. Light a match and warm the peel's skin side. With the match held a few inches above the drink, quickly squeeze the peel towards the match to ignite the oils, allowing them to fall onto the drink's surface.
