Prepare the highball glass by drizzling chocolate sauce around the rim, allowing it to cascade down and settle inside the glass.

Combine the milk and Oreo cookies in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add Licor 43 and Mozart Chocolate Cream to the mixture and shake well.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

Gently add a few ice cubes to the drink.
