In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir the Cognac and Vermouth Bianco until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly diluted.

Strain the mixture into your chosen glass. If using a cocktail glass, ensure it is pre-chilled. Alternatively, serve in a lowball glass with one large ice cube.

Garnish with a fresh orange twist to finish.
