Long Flight of Stairs

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of apple or pear slice to complement the drink.

Shake the pear-flavored vodka, Calvados or apple brandy or straight applejack, pear and cognac liqueur, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Finish by adding a straw for easy sipping and garnish with the prepared apple or pear slice.
